All recipes are calculated at 1.3-2.1 calories per milliliter and are intended to produce high calorie, low volume blends. Therefore, many are relatively thick and require syringe feeding. You may add more liquid for your consistency needs, but take into account this will change the calorie and volume metrics. When testing, using a scale to weigh ingredients typically resulted in a lower total volume versus using measuring cups or spoons.
